Non-Profit Organizations:
- Various non-profit organizations can benefit
from our programs. Our programs are designed to benefit
organizations who seek to increase their public exposre as well as
increase fundraising opportunities. There is no limit to type of
organizations which can benefit from our programs. We are able to
customize a vehicle and exposure plan to compliment most fundraising
goals.
Educational Institutions:
- In many cases educational institutions can
benefit from our services. High Schools, Colleges, and
Universities can certainly benefit from our services. These types
of institutions routinely hold events that would provide excellent
exposure for a program such as ours. We would be happy to discuss
various options with you ranging from sealed bids and raffle tickets to
a live auto auction.
Private Businesses:
- It is not uncommon for a private business to
donate it's time and money to a charitable organization. In this
case we are happy to work with the private sector to help gain exposure
for their charity of choice as well as to maximize their donation
potential by utilizing our fundraising programs. In this case a
private sector organization may purchase a custom vehicle at a reduced
rate in order to sell it in the future and donate the proceeds
accordingly.

We Offer Various Fundraising Options...
Live Auto-Auction
Live auto-auctions take place
throughout the year in various locations. Depending on the timeframe
and goals of the buyer, we develop an exposure and sale plan which will
include an auction at a specified date. In order to ensure a
successful sale, we do set a reserve on all auction vehicles. This
allows us to ensure the vehicle will meet its intended fundrasing goals.
If a vehicle does not sell on the first attempt, we will continue to attend
chosen auction dates in order to complete the sale, or pursue various other
options to sell the vehicle.
Sealed Bid
In certain cases a sealed bid otpion works best. In the event
that this vehicle will attend various events throughout the year where key
alumni, docents, board members, etc... will be in attendance, a sealed bid
can be a way to ensure a quick and easy sale. A sealed bid option
allows potential buyers to submit an offer in writing during a predetermined
period in which the car is being displayed at various events. At the
end of this period, the highest bid will be accepted and the buyer notified.
We also encourage using a reserve option in this case. |

Raffle Ticket Sales
Raffle Tickets sales is an
exceptional option in certain cases. If a charity has a number of
workers, or in some cases students, this can be a great option. We
would be happy to help you evaluate the potential for this sales option.
This can be an effective tool when there is an extended period of time in
which ticket sales may take place, as well as a dedicated or captive force
that will complete those sales. Please contact us to see if this
option could work for you.
Buyer's Preference
In this case we are no longer involved in the sale of the
vehicle. We help the buyer to develop a plan of action once the
exposure plan has been executed. At that time the buyer will take
over responsibility for the sale of the vehicle, or even decide to show it
for another season.
